Qt Creator does not recognize correctly installed Android SDK Command-line Tools (latest)

    Description

      QtCreator repeatedly requests to update the command line tool package, although the latest version is correctly installed in the correct path. Starting the update creates a new directory .../cmdline-tools/latest-n/, where n is a digit which increments with each repeated attempt. 

      After that, the error message requesting an update for the command-line tools appears again.
