Perhaps merge clazy and clang-tidy back under a single entry, but make them optional in the analyze dialog

Now in QtC 10 you have to run them separately if you want to do both (and wait for the other to finish first due to QTCREATORBUG-29044). Perhaps instead they could be one option, but there would be for both a checkbox whether to run them.
