As a user I would like to be able to download docker images from within Qt Creator.

CI/QA cloud has produced a number of Docker containers for Qt (as well as QA tools), additionally we have already launched the containerised toolchain for development host which is in the online installer, and there is one more container for RaspberryOS.

We would like these containers to be easily accessible from Qt Creator, the initial proposal is to add a new menu item as that could be the easiest option, but other UI implementations are also fine.
