MCU examples/demos are not shown in Welcome screen after SDK selection

    Description

      After MCU SDK selection in Preferences > Devices > MCU the drop down menu in Welcome screen under Examples does not list MCU demos or examples. They appear after restarting QtCreator.

      Steps to reproduce:

      • clean the McuSupport settings in QtCreator.ini
      • select the MCU SDK version (e.g. 2.5.0) click Apply
      • go back to the Welcome Screen
