Incorrect detection of uninstalled MCU target for Desktop MINGW kit

      Tested with Qt for MCUs 2.5.0.

      There was a message in the info bar of Qt Creator notifying one uninstalled MCU target, but it was a valid MCU kit (Desktop MINGW kit). After removing it, the MINGW kit is detected automatically again and the same info bar message is displayed again.

      This issue still happened after uninstalling and reinstalling QtMCUs 2.5.0.
