I want to use my own config for cmake format. I check the document and do these:

1. get the default config: cmake-format --dump-config json > 1.json
2. edit it
Now I get a config, but I don't find any place to specify it for cmake format. However, Clang format can use customized config. Could you add an option to use customized config for cmake format, just like Clang format?
