Clipboard history does not always work

When we switch between different files and try to do clipboard history(ctrl+shift+v) it does not always work - the history list box is not always shown. It happens with files which was not opened/parsed in current session (they are on the opened documents from the last session).

Moving cursor in problematic file in most cases help but sometimes even moving cursor does not help but it happens only for the place when it didn't work before move(it is a very rare case).
