Add an optional check box to add the FINAL into the Q_PROPERTY generation quick-fix

FINAL is often needed when using Q_PROPERTY. It would save a lot of time if there would be an optional check box to add the FINAL into the Q_PROPERTY generation quick-fix in QtC.
