Better guidance when no CMake is installed

      Currently if the user doesn't have CMake / Ninja installed and uses the Project Wizard to create project the user would get a warning icon over the project tree saying that no suitable kits were found.

      In the Projects pane one would get only disabled kits and only at hovering there would be an error message displayed.

      This is not very user friendly.
