Use the running program name instead "qtcreator_process_stub" for terminal tabs

I really love the built-in terminal. Many thanks for implementing that

One suggestion: wenn running a console program in the terminal, the tab is named "qtcreator_process_stub".

It would be cool to have the real program name here, just like already done in the Application Output pane.
