header include not updated on refactor rename class

      When renaming a class, the header file is renamed as well (if you select the checkbox). But then it can happen that the #include statement in the corresponding source file is not updated. It seems this only happens, if the refactoring is initiated in source file (i.e. if the refactoring is initiated in header file, then it's correct).
