Creator Freezes when adding files in large monorepos

In Creator 10.0.1 (and a colleague of mine reported the same issue in 10.0.0), trying to add files freezes the qt creator.

The freeze happens in the dialog section where we name the file (and flags like add Q_OBJECT, include QObject etc..) and choose the path on which it should be created. When clicking "Next" creator freezes.

I tried this with a small test project, there it was not reproducible, but you can still see a small delay there, which is unexplainable in a new project with 3 files in total. Our monorepo is quite big - it has a rather large collection (around 40+) of custom qml modules and few executables with their own modules building on top of that... So definitely larger than an empty project, but still not as huge as some of the monorepos out there

Currently installing Creator 10.0.2 to test it there as well - still present
