FancyTabBar gone when reopening session inside QmlDesigner

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • follow steps in QTCREATORBUG-29305 to create a project
      • open the ui.qml file inside the QmlDesigner (ignore the fail)
      • close QC
      • re-open QC
      • load the last session

      Current result:

      • QC restores the session and re-opens the file inside the Quick Designer, but the tab bar on the left is completely gone

      Note: This could be also related to the first initialization of the quick widgets, as this is present there as well. ( see QTCREATORBUG-28376 )
