Support for multiple right margins

At the moment it's possible to add one margin to Qt Creator:
Preferences > Text Editor > Margin

In other languages like Python, project can have recommended margins for things like Code, Documentation, and comments, which means that having more than one margin can be useful. In other tools like Vim, one can have this and the results looks like the attached picture.

This has a low priority, but it might a nice detail for other languages
