various freezes on hover tooltips with clangd code model

The commit had lead to checking file existence for all items in response. On Windows (may be other OSes also affected) this causes freezes, when checking item contain something looks like network path (comment //sometext treated as network share name). This can also wake up sleeping disks and etc.
