Git: Don't generate instant blame when follow symbol goes to unversioned file

      Can happen on follow symbol (F2) on a standard library symbol.

      Note that only one annotation is generated, after scrolling in this file the annotation disappear.

      As the annotation is completely empty, its probably the easiest to omit such annotations.
