Steps prior to reproduction (I think):

• use the feature once, successfully

Then, to reproduce:

• open the dialog again

The dialog is pre-populated with the last session's settings, but the Ok button is disabled:

If you change the executable name to anything but what it is right now, Ok gets enabled again. But I don't want to debug something else, I want to debug the same thing.

Selecting a different Recent entry and then selecting back the last also turn the Ok button back on.
