QtCreator always adds own ninja into path

We have a version check python script that runs during CMake configure to make sure that all of our developers have the same build tool version installed. This now always printed the old 1.10.2 instead our via choco installed 1.11.1.
To fix this we removed "C:\Qt\Tools\Ninja\ninja.exe" and then had to delete the build folder and CMakeListst.txt.user und then it did find the correct ninja version that is in path. There is no way to set/select the ninja version in QtCreator.
