[Reg QtC10->QtC11] Android kit 5.15 cannot use any ABI other than default arm64-v8a

Android kit was still 'Multi-ABI' back in 5.15. And we switch to different ABIs by checking/unchecking options of 'ABIs' in 'Build Steps'. It has been worked well until QtC10.

For the new QtC11, switching ABIs does not work anymore. 'Effective qmake call' does not change whatsoever, regardless of what ABI is checked.
