Make the CMake "auto configure" skippable when opening project

As user I would probably want to know that there is an option to not autorun cmake configure at first time I open project. This is especially sensitive for huge projects (like Qt of course). It will be nice to either have a separate dialog or probably some easy visible checkbox in project setup page(kit selection) that suggests this opportunity for developer.
