ABI Selection does not affect qmake call

    Description

      We have a universal build of Qt 5.15.13 that specified
      `-device-option QMAKE_APPLE_DEVICE_ARCHS="x86_64 arm64"`
      at the configure step. This allows Qt Creator to detect available ABIs and ticking the respective ABI checkbox(es) will automatically alter the qmake step by appending:

      `QMAKE_APPLE_DEVICE_ARCHS="<archs checked>"` to the end of the qmake call.

      This does not occur in Qt Creator 11.0.2, but does in Qt Creator 10.0.2
