The "isHighlighted" tag for Qt examples currently only influence the sorting order. In each category, highlighted examples are shown first, and then normal examples.
The examples could also be visually separated, e.g. by a darker/lighter background tile. This would make the highlighting more explicit, and also give people a hint why some examples are not alphabetically ordered.
