Cannot build qmake applications with macOS apalis-imx6 docker toolchain

      When trying to configure qmake application with macOS docker toolchain on apalis-imx6 (B2Qt 6.6.0-beta4) it fails to find the qmake.conf. See the screenshot attached for more details.

      Found a commit b418c81414b5d1d0d41c08793f15de56f5bbbb26 from 31.8 that might be related to the issue.
