When creating a C++ Class, filename is not generated anymore

    Description

      On Qt Creator 10, when creating a new class, the name of the file that would ultimately  contain the class was automatically generated (.h and .cpp) file. That feature seems to have disappeared in v11.

      Maybe it's a bug, maybe it's a feature.
