Can't download Android SDK tools

    Description

      I've opened Preferences | Devices | Android. Clicked "Setup SDK" button. It asked me to download stuff. I said yes, it said:

      Downloading Android SDK Tools from URL https://dl.google.com/android/repository/commandlinetools-linux-9123335_latest.zip has failed: TLS initialization failed.

      I can download it using my web browser.

      P.S. I've installed both Qt Creator and Qt using online installer.
