QML Outline: when an item is collapsed, show id or objectName next to the element type

If you collapse all items in the QML outline, the view doesn't tell you a lot because you don't see the id's of items. The id could be shown next to the element name when it is collapsed, to enable the user to see a brief overview of the open document.
