Create a .gitignore when creating a git repository in already existing project

When creating a git repository in an existing project (Either by the plus sign in Git Branches view or by Tools > Git > Create repository), the templated .gitignore (the same file that is used when directly adding a new repository to version control in the wizard) should be added to the repo (if the file is not already existing).
