Unclear combobox in ScreenRecorder options

In the ScreenRecorder's Options dialog, there's an unlabelled combobox, see screenshot:

Looking at the default value (24), I guess these are the fps of the recording.

This combobox should get a label at least, so the user knows what it is all about.
