QtCreator: add possibility to compile file only (Android)

      At the moment QtCreator allows building only entire project so when fixing particular file we have to wait while the entire project is built that is quite time consuming (as our project is big enough). It would be very convenient to have 'Compile' in context menu for a file.

      QtCreator 11.0.2 on Windows to build project for Android.
