In the animation below I cycle with the keyboard arrows through the issues on the issue panel. I start from the bottom to the top. One sees that the top two issues doesn't get highlighted after focusing on them. I do LMB on on the top issue and it gets highlighted properly. Then I go from the top to the bottom with the keyboard.

Steps to reproduce:

1. unpack the attached template.zip
2. open CMakeLists.txt in QtCreator
3. configure and build the project (errors are expected)
4. Alt+1 to open the issues panel
5. press up arrow till you get to the top

Behavior:

The second one entry from the top gets highlighted.

Expected behavior:

The entry on the top should be highlighted.
