    Description

      Running the command 

      > echo "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PC9Lpr5mU3U"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PC9Lpr5mU3U

      But in clicking the URL you are sent to: https://www.youtube.com/watch%3Fv=PC9Lpr5mU3U

      Note the '?' changes to %3F.
      This also happens for '&' '%' and presumably all special characters.
