Created python environment is not used

    Description

      In python project wizard there is an option to create virtualenv. However this one does not seem to be set to be used automatically.

      Note: this isn't very useful feature anyway because it just creates an empty environment with not even PySide in there. I filed QTCREATORBUG-29854 about those improvements which probably should be looked into first.
