Sessions on Welcome Page are sorted alphabetically

Steps to reproduce:

• open QC, create a couple of sessions
• switch between the sessions (I've also closed / restarted QC a couple of times, but I think it doesn't matter)
• when starting QC the sessions on the welcome page are always sorted alphabetically (except for the default session of course)

If I recall correctly the sessions where ordered by their last access to avoid sessions to vanish to the bottom that are used on a daily base. (I think 11.0.3 still has this, so likely a regression)
