Qt creator doesn't overwrite existing files from the New File Dialog

      If I create a new file through the New File Dialog (for example choose template C/C++ Source File) and the file already exists and if I check the option to overwrite it than the option doesn't have any effect and does not overwrite the existing file. But in Qt Creator 11.03 it works.
