Windows: Redirect to external terminal not working

On Qt 6.5.2 it works as expected. The windows cmd opens and all output is redirected.

On Qt 6.5.3 the windows cmd opens but all output is redirected to QtCreator Application Output terminal.

Update:

When the output is redirected to external windows terminal and kill signal/X is pressed, the processshuts down properly as seen in the task manager. When the output is NOT redirected to the external windows terminal but instead shown in QtCreator the external windows terminal still opens as described.

IfI now terminate the process by pressing "Stop running programm" button in QtCreator the application output terminal says the process crashed (as expected). But the process is not really shut down because it still can be seen in task manager. Even after waiting for 10 minutes the process was still visible in task manager and running (im aware that task manager sometimes is stupid).

I was not able to build the project because files from my project were in use. After killing the process via task manager building worked, which indicates that the process really was not shut down by pressing that  "Stop running programm" button.
