• Have a project under Git version control and Instant Blame active
• Open a file (in my case: a markdown file) and see the annotations
• Save the file as outside the version control directory
• Now empty annotations are generated

Expected: No annotations should be shown as this is a new file outside the project environment.

Note: This behavior was discovered with the Markdown Side-by-Side editor, but I expect it to be the same with every editor
