Clearing Terminal does not work as expected

1. Have some output in Creator's built-in Terminal.
2. Click the Terminal's "Clear" button.
   "^L" appears on the Terminal's command line. The visible output does not change. Only output above the currently visible area disappears. i.e. the Terminal cannot be scrolled up anymore.

Instead, all output should be removed from the Terminal. Only the command prompt should remain.
