Redesigned Welcome View

Why we do this?

Welcome view gives the first impression to new users and that's why it should be instantly intuitive to use. We also got some feedback in the Creator 2023 surveys that our welcome view is too busy and it doesn't scale well. 

What we want to achieve?

Welcome view needs to modernised and to simplified to improve usability and make sure it fit to our target users needs.

The goal

• Modernised visual look to match the new Qt Creator style
