Crash in CMakeProjectManager::CMakeParser::flush() while compiling a project

      On my Mac, Qt Creator crashes occasionally while compiling a project. Crash report with stack trace attached. This has happened twice so far.

      Both times, Qt Creator was running in full screen and I had just switched to a different app (so that Qt Creator window was not currently visible) but I doubt that is related.

      It might happen specifically when CMake is re-run automatically after pressing the Run button, but I'm not sure about that.

      When I find any other details about how to reproduce this, I'll post an update here.
