[BareMetal] "Stop Debugger" and "Interrupt Debugger" functionality brokken in master

    Description

      BareMetal debugger starts successfully, but can't be stopped or iterrupted anymore.

      Last worked commit, known to me, is 78c38ab9bf. Last tested brokken is d63ac7a004. But it was brokken about month ago.

      • Platform is ARM (STM32F103C6T8 / BluePill).
      • Dongle is ST-LINK V2 (AliExpress).
      • GDB: arm-none-eabi-gdb 13.2
      • Tried both with st-link utility and OpenOCD.

      Complete debugger log are attached, if it helped.
