Keep refactor light bulb for function/method signature changes visible

    Description

      The  "light bulb" refactoring for function/method signature changes works great. BUT: Just one bad click and the light bulb disappears, you have to do it manually. My suggestion: Keep it visible as long as there is a mismatch between header and source
