preconditions:

1. Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS
2. qt creator installed from qt maintenance tool

steps to reproduce

1. launch qt creator
2. choose an empty session
3. click file->new project...
4. select testproject->qt test project
5. save your new project to /tmp
6. all other things in the wizard can be left as-is
7. at this point you can build->run to make sure the project works
8. click file->new file
9. select test case

actual behaviour: the test frameworks offered are: google test, qt quick test, boost test, catch2

expected behaviour: qt test should be offered as a test framework as well
