Auto-Package setup doesn't work with specific Conan project

    Description

      Given a simple project that uses:

      [requires]
spdlog/1.12.0

      It is expected that the project configures correctly, but instead it fails with:

      [cmake] ======== Installing packages ========
[cmake] ERROR: There are invalid packages:
[cmake] fmt/10.2.0: Invalid: 'settings.compiler.runtime' value not defined
[cmake] spdlog/1.12.0: Invalid: 'settings.compiler.runtime' value not defined
