Add qml live editing

QtCreator lacks any way to easily live edit running Qt/QML apps. Using the regular debugging tree view is cumbersome and simply not fun. Now all modern development environment have some degree of live editing. This is not a designer like we have with the Design Studio for designers. This is for developers that want to have a rapid prototyping feature, as is has been promised since the beginning of QML.
