Debugger fails to start due to "Disassembler (None)" without any log on macOS14

I know macOS14 is not yet supported but it may need attention for 6.7 release? The qtdiag output from original reporter (personal info substituted) is attached. And the issue is that debugger fails to start without any log. It just shows "Disassembler (None)" and some binary codes.

I have tested debugging on macOS14 too but could not reproduce the issue. The only difference I can tell is that I am on macOS14.0 and the original reporter is on 14.4. Not sure if it's the issue here. Other than OS minor version, we have the same architecture (Intel) and LLVM (14.0.0).
