[lldb] keyboard focus lost on excessive program output

i'm using lldb inside qtcreator. when debugging programs, i've experienced the following: if the debugged application prints out a huge amount of output onto stdout (e.g. in an `fprint` loop) and i stop the debugger (or close the output pane of the debugged executable), qtcreator does not receive keyboard events anymore. i need to restart qtc in order to be able to use it again. i've not experienced the same behaviour with gdb inside qtc, so it's probably lldb specific.
