Qt Creator remembers all the previous subprojects

      User informed Qt Support that they have a big project with many subprojects that are hierarchically organized. When subproject is not needed they will comment it out to simplify the tree view.

      This used to work with Qt Creator 11, but now with Qt Creator 12.0.2 it remember the previous projects.

      Re-running Qmake does not help to update the cache.
