Default selected Kit and sorting should prefer Desktop version with the highest Qt Version

      When opening a CMakeLists.txt for the first time the default choice for the selected Kit is sub-optimal.

      The list should be sorted by "Desktop > Remote", and Qt Version.

      The default selected Kit should then always be the first.

                There are no open Gerrit changes
