Debugger: some context menu entries not persisting

Steps to reproduce:

• (un)check "Use debugging Helper" or "Use dynamic object type for display" while debugging
  • respective setting will be used
• quit QC & restart
• check settings (or do the above again)

Current result:

• these settings do not persist when they get triggered with the context menu

Note: This works fine, when changing them inside the settings.
