Qt Creator build fail(include could not find requested file : QtCompilerFlags)

When I finished builing qt-everywhere and then building the qtcraetor program, CMake shows that the QtCompilerFlags component cannot be found.

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:101 (include):
  include could not find requested file:    QtCompilerFlags

But I just found QtCompilerFlags.cmake file in this in this directory：~/qt-everywhere-src-6.6.0/build/qtbase/lib/cmake/Qt6Xml/cmake/Qt6/QtCompilerFlags.cmake
